Neurology Case - Civil Proceedings

Service Description

Civil proceedings in front of a judge and/or jury, or mediator requiring in-person or virtual appearance. *No minimum time (Scheduling will block 4 hours, minimum. Unused funds from retainer will be refunded). *Retainer of $2100 is due at the time of booking for each four hour block requested. *$1050 per hour for time used greater than 4 hours with balance due upon completion of the testimony. *Please contact Medigation Consultants, LLC if you anticipate multi-day trial or mediation so we can ensure our time is blocked appropriately. *Time billed includes standby, waiting, reserved, recall, and rebuttal times. *Time is billed to the minute *Travel time is billed separately
