Service Description

Virtual or In-person, Video or oral. *No minimum time (Scheduling will block 4 hours, but if less time is needed, then you will only be billed for the time used. Unused retainer will, obviously, be refunded). *Retainer of $1890 is due at the time of booking *$945 per hour for time used greater than 4 hours with balance due upon completion of the deposition. *Please contact Medigation Consultants, LLC if you anticipate multi-day deposition so we can ensure our time is blocked appropriately. *Time is billed to the minute *Travel time is billed separately
