Neurology Case - Review

Service Description

We review all records in cases concerning medical malpractice, extent of personal injury with prognostication, determination of liability, and workers compensation. * Base rate is $655/hour * A retainer of $2000 will be invoiced upon acceptance of the case (Quick Look payments will be credited to the account on a time basis) * Detailed invoice will be sent with a secure payment link * Retainer must be paid at time of booking * Balance on the account is due and will be invoiced at least monthly * Billable time includes discussion about the case with counsel, counsel's staff, drafting and researching reports, reviewing records and medical imaging, reviewing court documents, other opinions, other documents related to the case, and any further review or research requested by the client. *Time is billed to the minute *Travel time is billed separately
